We are not halal certified by MUIS Singapore, however we are a Muslim Owned business using 100% halal ingredients.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Lola Faye Cafe reserves the right to amend any request or any of the order terms and conditions without prior notice
There will be no exchange or refunds of purchased bakes once sold. All bakes will be freshly baked on day of delivery to ensure maximum freshness for your special event.
Delivery & Handling fee will be free for all bulk purchases to: one location.
All bulk orders will only be confirmed once we have send the invoice and full payment for the order has been received.
Lead Time for Bulk Orders
Lead time for Bulk Orders:
50-200 pcs: 2 working days before
201 pcs & above: 3-5 working days before
How much is delivery? Where do you deliver to?
Delivery is complimentary for bulk orders to one location. Currently we only deliver in Singapore, islandwide.
Can I have custom stickers printed? How much for it?
For special orders with custom stickers, lead time is 2 weeks in advance with additional charge.

Can I pickup my order?
Yes you may pickup your order at our cafe once your order is ready.

Products Information
How long can your products last?
Store at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 7 days.
For cream cheese filling chunky cookies, store in the chiller for up to 3 days.
Reheat Instructions?
Reheat in the oven for 2-4 minutes at 180 degrees for a freshly baked cookie or enjoy straight out of the package.
